Q: How do I schedule my first appointment?
A: You will need to first complete a free 15-minute consultation.

A: Yes, we offer a free 15-minute consultation to discuss your needs, answer any questions, and determine if we’re a good fit. If we are a good fit for working together, your first session will be scheduled.
Q: What can I expect in my first session?
A: The first session is an opportunity to discuss your goals for therapy, review your history, and begin building a collaborative relationship. We’ll also cover informed consent and answer any questions about the process.
Telehealth Therapy
Q: How does telehealth therapy work?
A: Telehealth sessions are conducted over a secure, HIPAA-compliant video platform. You’ll need a device with a camera, microphone, and stable internet connection.
Q: Is telehealth effective?
A: Yes! Research shows telehealth is as effective as in-person therapy for many concerns.
Q: Can I do therapy from anywhere?
A: Telehealth is available for clients residing in Texas . You must be physically located Texas at the time of your session.
Payment and Insurance
Q: What are your session rates?
A: Our private pay rate is $200 per session.
Q: Do you accept insurance?
A: We are an out-of-network provider. If your insurance offers out-of-network benefits, we can provide a superbill for potential reimbursement.
Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit/debit cards through our secure electronic health record system. Payment is required at the time of service.
